Procedure for recruitment

a) Vacancies in the grades shall be ascertained by the HR Department on the basis of the number of sanctioned posts approved by the Management of which 60% shall be filled through direct recruitment.
b) The posts to be filled up by Direct Recruitment shall be notified to the Employment Exchanges under (compulsory) notification of vacancies Act 1959. The vacancies are advertised in newspapers and uploaded in Company’s website also.
c) The particulars / resumes of the candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange for a particular post shall be scrutinised by the HR department and the suitable candidate shall be called for written test / F2F interview ensuring compliance of necessary guidelines and rules as applicable from time to time.
d) Depending upon the performance in the written test / F2F interview, appointment letter is issued to the suitable candidate in order of merit subject to satisfactory medical fitness.
